USO: Proud to Support Our Troops for 70 Years - powmiaangel@gmail.com
Dear Supporter --
With our troops heading into another year of incredible service and sacrifice for our country, we have to get our 2011 "support the troops" efforts off to the strongest possible start.
If you'll make an early 2011 donation of $25 or more to help the USO ease the burdens our troops and their families are facing, we'll send you a special Proud to Support Our Troops t-shirt you can wear to demonstrate your personal commitment to America's service men and women.
Start the year by standing with our troops and get a special, limited-edition "Proud to Support Our Troops" t-shirt.
The USO isn't just starting a new year of bringing a touch of home to the front lines. We're starting a new decade.
February 4th will mark the 70th anniversary of the USO's founding. For seven decades, we've relied on people like you -- people who fully appreciate the service and sacrifices of our troops -- to help us reach out to millions of men and women who have bravely served our country. You have stood with us as the USO adapted to meet the changing needs of our military; and thanks to you, we're proud to say the USO is "70 years young."
We're hoping you'll help us honor that tradition by sending a generous donation of $25, $35 or more so that we can deliver concrete services to those proudly serving our country -- from free phone calls home to military care packages to USO2GO shipments that reach troops in remote forward operating bases.
Get the USO's eighth decade of supporting our troops off to a strong start. Donate now and receive your special "Proud to Support Our Troops" t-shirt.
The limited-edition t-shirt we've created to celebrate our 70 years of service to America's troops says it all -- Proud to Support Our Troops.
We are humbled by their courage, their persistence, and their sacrifices. We know you are too. And in a year when so much is being asked of our troops, your decision to honor their service to America will really mean a lot.
Thanks so much for all you do,
Kelli Seely
USO Chief Development Officer
